Justine Stenger is a practitioner and educator known for her depth, rigor, and uncompromising approach to restorative medicine.
She earned her degree from the University of Alberta and went on to pursue advanced training in Holistic Nutrition and Therapeutic Culinary Arts at Bauman College. She is a Bredesen-trained practitioner, a GAPS® practitioner, and has completed her Functional Medicine training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, where she is also certified as a Functional Medicine Health Coach.
For more than thirteen years, Justine has worked in close clinical partnership with Dr. Bruce Hoffman, supporting individuals with chronic, complex, and often treatment-resistant illness. Her work is grounded in restoring mitochondrial health - the central driver of cellular energy, resilience, and repair -through thoughtful, individualized support that addresses root causes rather than symptoms.
Her clinical philosophy is defined by precision, systems thinking, and a commitment to helping patients reclaim their health and their lives.
